RETURN POLICY

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer returns. 

 

EXCHANGES

We do want you to be happy with your product(s). However, If you’re unhappy with your product we will gladly exchange it or provide store credit.

  • If you received a candle that you do not like, we will gladly exchange it for another product or with store credit. Email us at szndgoods@gmail.com with your order number. Candles must not be burned in order to be exchanged. Candles showing signs of having been lit will not receive a store credit & will not be shipped an exchanged product. Return shipping will be paid for by the customer. Kindly allow 3-5 business days for us to get back to you.
  • All other exchange/store credit requests are assessed on a case by case basis, please email us at szndgoods@gmail.com with your order number and allow 3-5 business days for us to get back to you.
